Signs and Symptoms of testicular Torsion?

Acute Pain and Tenderness.
Absent Cremasteric Reflex.
Scrotal Oedema.
Horisontal Lie Of The Testis.
Scrotal Erythema.
Hard Testis.
Abdominal Pain.
Nausea and Vomiting.
Groin Pain.

How To Differentiate Testicular Torsion from Testicular appendix Torsion?

 Clinically Testicular appendix Torsion is similar to testicular torsion, but the Normal vertical lie of the testicle and cremaster reflex is preserved.

blue infarcted appendage is seen through scrotal skin in children and can be palpated as a small tender lump.

what is the treatment of testicular appendix Torsion?

Treatment is Mainly Conservative with analgesia for pain most of cases will subside over   5-7 days.

When surgical exploration and excision is indicated?
